Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to digital products and online programs sold by Marg Analytics, operated by MARG ANALYTICS SOLUTIONS (Registration No. 202603220378 (JM1049063-U)).

Digital products and programs

Because our digital products and programs provide access to downloadable files, videos and other digital content, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been provided or downloading has begun.

Please review the product description, included materials, skill requirements and software requirements carefully before purchasing.

Access problems

If you cannot access a product or program because of a technical problem, contact hello@marg-analytics.com within seven days of purchase.

Please include:

  • The name and email address used for the purchase

  • The product or program purchased

  • The date of purchase

  • A description or screenshot of the problem

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. If we confirm that the purchased content cannot be provided and we cannot offer a reasonable solution, we will provide an appropriate full or partial refund based on the affected purchase.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us within seven days. Once the duplicate transaction has been verified, the duplicate payment may be refunded.

Change of mind

Refunds are not normally provided because:

  • You changed your mind

  • You no longer have time to complete the program

  • You did not review the stated prerequisites

  • You expected personalised coaching that was not included

  • You did not use or complete the purchased materials

  • Your software or device does not meet clearly stated requirements

Refund processing

Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution.

Any transaction fees or currency-conversion differences that are outside our control may not be recoverable.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
